Long loading time, then readout says, bad disc
Have tried many disc which have been previously viewed and now all are signaling Bad Disc. My guess is a bad optical reader. The unit was purchased less than 3 years ago and was made in Feb. 2008.

The lazer beam of the disc has a micro dust that need to remove. You can try to use the cd cleaner. If nothing happen , you need to open the disc and spray the lenses with soft air.
