I use to buy batteries from AliExpress, a Chinese group of sellers. Although I cannot tell you that I never had a problem with them (once I bought a battery for a laptop from one of their sellers called "Durable Laptop battery Electronic Technology Co.,ltd " that never delivered it to me), I bought from some twenty other sellers and never got other problems.
