Loose frame i have just aquired a new zapp and the frame seems loose at the 1 and 2 points (if that makes sense) when i lift to go up a kerb or on the bus the top section seems to lift too, anyone eles have this "problem"?

Is the bar across the middle (between the handles) clicked into place?
And is the 3rd step (the button under the seat) pulled up fuly?
These usually lead to it feeing less secure.
If its neither of these i would bring it for repairs.
