I have a Vitamix Turbo Blend 4500 and have run into a problem. It began making a loud grinding noise, I turned it off and I heard something rattling around inside. I removed the four top screws and removed the casing and found a piece of metal loose in the unit. The piece of metal looks to be 2'' in length, 1/2'' wide and has inscribed on the topside from left to right ''1.00 B 28''. It appears to be a weight, with a rubber or soft foam backing and a painted gray top. I can't see clearly where it might of come loose from. Any ideas where it goes, if it can be fixed or do I need service? - Rox
