Report "Loses power My 08 plate polo is losing power but only on occasions. It also makes a loud cracking noise from the engine and losts of exhaust smoke, but most of the time it clears. I had a local garage check it who states that it is an exauhst valve and has cleaned it but think I need to take it to a VW dealer. Any advise would be grateful"
