Lost BBC channels on my SAGEM PVR6200T during a retune
My SAGEM had been fine for nearly 2 years (my area was 1st to go digital in 2007) but was told i needed to do a retune as more areas went digital. now i cannot get BBC channels, the PVR guide tells me it recognises the signal and the signal quality is good, but it wont display the channels, ive carried out a manual channel search, automatic channel search and gone back to an initial channel search, nothing works.
the UKdigital lot were not very helpful (sounded like a PR exercise to me), said they would log the call and if it appeared that there were alot of SAGEM faults that they would get in contact with the manufacturer. from the number of sismilar faults i've seen posted there does appear to be a problem with SAGEM software.

You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. See the following link for additional information

If the above process does not work then check the link above for additional information and also visit the accompanying site links below to find more information for your model of TV / FREEVIEW box.
