Lost connectivity after upgrading Norton 360 to V3. The process uninstalls earlier version of Norton and diables connectivity during this unistall process. The connectivity does not return after completing the installation of Norton 360 V3. I've tried serveral attempts suggested by experts at fixing without success. Perhaps there is someone out there with a new idea besides reformatting my drive
