Lost daily entries on calendar prior to December
Lost daily entries of Tungsten e2 in Calendar prior to December 7, 2009 on handheld, except for any events entered with repeat feature. All was still okay on desktop. So synced desktop to handheld to recover, and instead, lost calendar prior to December 7, 2009 on desktop, except for any events entered with repeat feature. Attempted to import from desktop to recover data with assistance from Palm Chat Line but to no avail. Have reinstalled Tungsten e2 software and synced to handheld. Now concerned about attempting to sync with second/backup desktop, and concerned if handheld is corrupted. Will purge clean handheld? Should I toss handheld and upgrade? Thanks for any assistance.

The issue is that your attend sync-ed the desktop with the palm one ....try the other way around...also try to reverse the lost on the desktop by restoring to an earlier point using system restore...
next time when you do the sync ...be careful to synchronize the otherway around cause other wise you will loose any data that you have on the desktop ...the command you did ..was seen as the desktop has data that you do not need ..and the ones on the other (fewer) were the right ones...so use the sync from the computer ...from the folder's tools...and not from the e2 's conecting program or ...so ...
the way to do it ..id to go to the data's on the computer ...make a back-up to be sure ya have them even if you try more than once ...and after that sync with the feature from he folder from the computer ..and choose the device you want to sync with ...
