Lost my instruction manual and i've never made bread in it. do i just follow the package instructions and pour the ingredients in with out stirring them...ie: do i just dump them in and it mixes it up?

Yes you just follow the instruction on the breadmix packet. In most cases it is just dump the ingredients in.
