Lost product key code
I had my computer restored and I found my installation disc for the older Roxio CD& DVD burning progrem but I can't find my envelope the disc came in with the key code to reinstall my program

I have roxio in my pc, when i click the icon, i get a message saying your last command could not be completed, an unknown error.
