Tracey, If you deleted the device, then Windows should detect new hardware when you reboot the computer. It may or may not be able to load a driver for it. If it doesnt, then try going here, select your language and operating system, then Network drivers and select the appropriate Wireless Driver.
They list a couple different ones, so you may have to find out your original system configuration or enter in the device ID from the Device Manager on this website.
