Loud noise filters are clean. does not appear to be any blockage. the motor seems to be running hot, though i have never checked it for what would be normal temp. any advice would be appreciated. thank you in advance
Vacuums - Dyson - DC25 All Floors Bagless Upright Vacuum
Let me reassure you that it's normal for your DC25's motor to become warm in use. It's protected by a thermostat which will shut the machine down if it starts to overheat.
I'm sorry to hear you're concerned about the noise your DC25 is making. We should be able to help, but we'd need to know a bit more about the type of noise it's making, and where the sound is coming from. Ideally we'd need to listen to it over the phone, so I'd encourage you to give us a call and speak directly with out experts.
You can reach the Dyson customer Helpline by calling 0800 298 0298 (UK), or 1-866-693-9766 (US). Please have your machine to hand when you call, so we can take you through some diagnostic checks.
