If it's squeeling or screeching it's either your belt or your tensioner pulley bearings or alternator bearings or water pump bearings somewhere there's a bearing going bad or your power steering pump has air in it and if it had air in it it's probably froze up seized up by now and you're fixing to throw a belt. there should be some smoke with the screeching if it's your power steering pump it's really really loud really loud and it's a horrible noise. if it squeals only on a cold start up it's probably a belt but if it squeals all the time it's probably a bearing somewhere
When does this occur? If when going over bumps, probably a worn out and dry control arm or stabilizer bushing; if all the time while the engine is running, probably the drive belt on the engine.
