I haven't used the computer in a year - it was disassembled and just now put back together...when I turn on the power the motherboard produces a very loud whining sound that seems like an error...it's not the fans...I tried disconnecting all of them to check.

Also nothing is displaying on the screen...which makes me think something might be wrong with the graphics card.

Graphics Card - GeForce 8800
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory - 2 x OCZ 1 GB PC2 6400 Platinum Ed
