Check the wiring harnesses for bare or brittle spots. If none are found replace the spark plugs, all of them and spark plug wires. I know these are still fairly new but that is the next step. If you have over 60,000 miles on the vehicle it could be an issue with the timing chain but my experience tells me replace the crank Position sensor first if none of the other steps yield any results. Because these vehicles come with the power train warranties they do you can't really trust the Dealer Mechanics because they will do anything they can to prolong this to get the vehicle out of warranty.
Knock sensor p0327 and p0328 will not turn the "service engine soon" light on. it is stored in ECM/computer but it will not turn the light on. i have seen mice built a nest under the upper plenum and chew on the knock sensor harness. if you know where the knock sensor is located, then take a look to see if you fine acorns, leaves, insulation from car etc. if you do, then most likely it has been eaten by mice or rodent and the harness will need to be replaced. its a short subharness that plugs into the vehicle main harness. you do not need to replace the whole engine room harness which is vey expensive. about 800 big one for the whole harness where tha knock sensor subharness is about 50 bucks. if you dont know the location of the knock sensor, then open the hood and stand next to the l/h front-drivers side tire and look betwenn the cylinder heads. its called valley, look into the valley, that is where the knock sensor is located. knock sensor costs about 180 bucks if you need it, but they really dont fail that much.i think that you will find damaged harness for it or the harness is bad. also are you using premium fuel?? that could cause a detonation aka spark knock and engine may produce rattling kind a sound, because you are using low grade gasoline. on the inside of the fuel door lid is a sticker that sais "premium fuel recommended for maximum perfromance" if you have engine spark knock run out all the gas that you have and fill it up with super and see what happens.
YOU HAVE ONE KNOCK SENSOR.IF YOU REPLACED KNOCK SENSOR AND ERASED CODE,CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL COMING ON, YOU COULD HAVE SOME MECHANICAL ISSUES SLAPPING TIMING CHAIN.LOW OCTANE,CYLINDER MISFIRE,BAD TORQUE CONVERTER OR CRACKED FLYWHEEL MOST THOSE THINGS WILL CAUSE KNOCK SENSOR LIGHT UP. IF ALL IS GOOD HAVE ECM CHECKED OUT.YOU HAVE ONE KNOCK SENSOR.IF YOU REPLACED KNOCK SENSOR AND ERASED CODE,CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL COMING ON, YOU COULD HAVE SOME MECHANICAL ISSUES SLAPPING TIMING CHAIN.LOW OCTANE,CYLINDER MISFIRE,BAD TORQUE CONVERTER OR CRACKED FLYWHEEL MOST THOSE THINGS WILL CAUSE KNOCK SENSOR LIGHT UP.
