Low dimmer switch
As I said in the title part I have replaced the dimmer switch and am also currently having issues with the passenger side headlamp. I have continuity from passenger headlamp to battery. If I jump from power lead to low beam ground on pass. headlight, the headlight works. I seriously don't know what to do with this thing. No relays in circuit. Hot goes from headlamps to dimmer switch and dimmer goes directly to on/off switch control.

Have you checked the relay in the circuit. You really need a schematic of the wiring diagram. Electrical can be tricky without the wiring diagram.
I have looked at the diagram already and there are no relays. none connected to the headlamps anyway. I've tried testing the ground on the pass. headlamp but it seems to be fine.
