How is your filter system? What kind are you using? Is this a s24 with a pour over water reservoir? Those s24 are known for getting scale in the copper tube that feeds the group head. If is been a slow process getting worse and worse, I would check that also and have the jet, copper tube descaled if you feel that the basics are where they are suppose to be with pump pressure....etc Where do you live? Sometime moving from high altitude to lower will change the atmospheric pressure, and that also could be a possibility if you were use to a certain grind and had your pump, water level probe, p-stat all set for that before including a different jet Give us more details on your issues and Im sure we can get you fixed.

If the water pump is working up 9 bars, the coffee group is clean from coffee and scale then your grinding coffee is too fine or more than 8 grams.
