Greetings, I have a pair of Vertex vx-3200 mobile UHF radios. They work just fine, except, they will not go above 5 watts as measured by a bird watt-meter thru the entire band. I have CE52 and can program the radios ok. Am I missing something?? Is there an internal pot for this? or is this a computer program only radio?? Also, can this radio be re tuned to the 70cm ham band?? I do have experience in programming (via computer) various radio brands. Dennis
