Hi. I just got a Motorola V360i from a 3rd party shop here in Brklyn, NY. I didn't need anything fancy so I like this phone just fine, yet I found from the moment I took it home and got it up and running, the earpiece volume is turned up to "7" and it sounds like it's set on "2" compared to the Moto Razr V3 I once owned. I'm not so up on all the Modder stuff and I don't know enough about the phone to try it, so can someone tell me what can I do to save this phone? I don't want to have to keep asking callers to please speak louder. Thanks for your help.
