I recently replaced the water filter in my Admiral side-by-side refrigerator. After I screwed the new filter on, I pressed the water dispensing button, and noticed lower water pressure, and a high-pitched noise. Thinking the new filter was the problem, I screwed the old filter back on, and the low pressure & noise are still there. I did not have this problem before I replaced the filter as this is the first time I've ever done it. HELP!!! - David
