LS4278 wireless scanner - paired with base OK. scanner is not populating NOTEPAD with barcode - Company headquarters is using one I sent them just fine - something locally at PC level is not transmitting the barcode through to the PC. USB is enabled, scanner fully powered, tried multiple ports - PC recognizes the device - I am at a loss why barcode not passing to PC - Ideas???
