1st thing is to make sure that you do not load cutting boards or tall platters in the front of the rack against the door by the dispenser. This will stop the dispenser door from opening completely and allowing the tablet to fall out to the bottom of the tub. Push the platters and cutting boards to the rear of the rack. and also make sure you run the water at your sink unit it is hot before you start the dishwasher. Dishwasher is supposted to have a minimum of 120 degrees INTO the dishwasher. If you run the hot water faucet and the water is cold, this is the water that is washing your dishies. Also use the high temp washer, added heat, power booster, what ever the hot washer option on your unit is called. Most dishwasher tablets will list optium water temp as 140 degrees. Most homes do not have water temp this hot.
Perhaps the water is not getting hot enough. I run the hot water in my kitchen sink until it reaches its highest temperature. I then start the dishwasher and the detergent tablet always dissolves.
A lot of the new all in one tablets can get stuck in the release drawers as chunkier than the old style ones. The box says to simply place them in the bottom of the dishwasher if that's the case. They work fine still.

Be sure nothing is blocking the door to soap dispenser from opening. Keep the soap container clean....
