Connect it to your computer... If your computer can't see it go to disk management, find a drive without allocated drive letter and right click it to see all options. Select "Change drive letter and paths" and allocate a letter that is not already used by other drives. Once you have allocated a letter, you should be able to see the hard drive and you can either run the enclosed software or just transfer your files.
