It's normal that they keep spinning until the unit is cool for a couples minutes at most, if it stays on my question is, is the unit clean, so the heatsink does it job. and ain't you able to measure the temperature, while using the unit, the most cheapest voltmeter comes often with a temp meter. Please look at that first
