Lucent Magix Avaya
We just put in an additional T1 and now have 2. It is now a virtual T and we have had nothing but problems. Fast busy outbound, network failure errors to incoming callers. Everyone resets their end (Nuvox for the T and our service provider for the Lucent box) it will run fine for a while and then everything will shut down. Typically before everything crashes we have dropped calls followed by a crash. The switch settings on the Lucent is 5es and the T is NI2 - they keep switching them back and forth from this setting to booth at 5es but crashes continue - any idea's???

Magix is discontinued product. Suggesting upgrading to IPOffice.
Then you will be able to see if carrier is the real problem.
