I have one Luminox with a metal bezel and two with a plastic or carbon fiber bezel. One is fairly easy to turn but the others are real tight with a distinct clicking ratchet sound when turned. I don't think you can lube them, but one of the new light teflon type lubes might work since they don't leave a greasy residue. Good luck. Grab the knurled edge of the bezel and turn counter clockwise. It only moves in one direction- to the left, counter clockwise.
