Lump on the front of the sub
There is a lump on the front of my subwoofer (most likely from a shoe hitting the front of it while a song was playing.) Is there any way to fix this? It sounds just fine

You probably should leave it alone as long as the sound is OK.
If it is a metal dome one COULD consider trying to pull it out with a vacuum.. but there is risk... you would have to be very careful.
If it is a paper dome leave it alone for sure... Plastic maybe...
AND for sure put a guard of hardware cloth over it to prevent future occurences, Hardware cloth is the 1/4 inch metal screen you can get in many hardware stores.
