The "plug" light simply tells you the machine is plugged in and receiving power. I'm not sure what you mean by "no power to the bottom of the roller". If the power nozzle motor isn't working, make sure nothing is wrapped around the brush, remove if there is, and press the reset switch. If the power nozzle motor is running, but the brush isn't turning, then the belt must have broken, and needs to be replaced. Considering your machine may still be under warranty, I suggest taking it to a local Aerus dealer and having it replaced. You can find the store nearest you using the below site:
