M-Audio KeyStudio is connected using the USB cable and the keyboard is turned on, but I get the message NOT CONNECTED. And, Pro Tools M-Powered Essential (ver. 8.02) says that it is Unable to find a M-Audio hardware device. I am using HP desktop computer with Windows Vista 32 bit SP2 operating system. AVID technical support told me that the keyboard is a plug and play. How do you make it work? I followed the directions and connected AVID technical support and their FORUM, but it still does not work
Soltion is to download the software for Micro USB from M-Audio website and connect the USB of the Micro USB to your computer with headphones and mic connected to it and connect the USB cable from the M-Audio KeyStudio keyboard to the computer and the Pro Tools M-Powered Essential software will work.
