M2N MX SE Plus Motherboard
I currently installed all the previous hardware from my old case to this case and now, it seems i cant find the manual for the system panel connetions to the case. Could anyone be of assist and tell me which was is Neg and Pos on the board?

Read the labels for the connectors on the motherboard.
Polarity does not matter for the POWER and RESET buttons.
If the lamps for AC-POWER or HARD-DRIVE-ACTIVITY do not light-up when you expect them, then reverse the connector.
Try the PC SPEAKER connection one way, and then shutdown
the computer, reserve the connection, and start the computer.
If the "beep" at start-up is better, leave it as-is.
If the "beep" does not happen, or is quieter/distorted, reverse the connector.

If you are getting power to the board and the switch isnt powering the system up/on when pressed, try shorting the connection manually by connecting the 2 pin's located on the motherboard (refer to the manual pointed out above) if the system powers up the switch is bad or not seated properly. Also you can try connecting the reset switch in place of the power switch in attempt to make the connection.
