I have successfully used Dimage Scan Eleite II with Windows for several years.  When I installed your Mac software, I was able to complete a few negative scans using DiMAGE Scan Launcher and DiMAGE Scan  Easy. When I now try to open those two programs, an error message appears telling me that another DiMAGE program is open and preventing the desired program from opening.  I have carefully searched OS X and find no programs open.
