Machine "froze" on "wait please" when creating new song track. Then it would not power off. I had to unplug it. When I turned it on again, it took a very long time to get a previously recorded song and it won't record at all.
Also....even before this most recent problem, the recordings were very noisy with some kind of background rattle. I was able to remove that noise later with software but should not have to. I also have the same model without the CD and it is very quiet. Not sure if the noise in this one has something to do with the CD - which I never use. There should be plenty of room on the HD so that's not the record problem.
