Machine is plugged in, the blue lights for Low Medium High light up, Clean does not, no sound at all from machine, very slight air movement. Have no idea if the machine IS working or not. Do not have manual, was purchased from online auction, listed as NEW. Your help is deeply appreciated. R. Singer

These machines are designed to make no sound at all. They work on ionic charged molecules in the air, which causes the air to move through it.
There will not be great deal of air movement through the unit. If you feel air moving, it is working.
Give it a week of running. Then pull out the filter rails. They should be coated in a film of dust. This means the unit is working as it should.
When the clean light comes on, it means it is time to clean the filter rails. So this should not be lit yet.
From your description, it sounds like this is working.
I did not say you have a turbo. You said in your description, "slight air movement." Ionic air purifiers make No noise while operating. The cleaning Light will not come on unless the filter needs cleaning. The ionic purifiers only move the air softly. You will feel the air moving through it, but it will not be a lot. That is how they work.
