Machine shuts down, saying it has a out of balance problem. It doesn't seem to make any differance if we have one item in it or a full load. And the problem has been getting worse thru time. When it was new we never had this problem and our laundry items have not changed that much. Thanks Gerry

If you want to DIY the fix see this Sticky go down to 5th post or so I have a write up on the possible issue and fix if you want to save the machine and $$$.
I have a similar post on this forum but this forum makes it impossible for me to point you to it (no Sticky or decent search engine).
You need the FAV6800A/FAV9800A Service manual and you will find a link in the Sticky for that.
If you want to DIY the fix repost outside the Stick as a new problem and I will help you.
