Most inlet valves are near the front of the washer. The kick panel at the front of the dishwasher should have several screws holding it, take those out ant the kick plate should come off where you can get to the valve. Look under the sink cabinet and you should see two vertical water lines and one horizontal line. The one horizontal line runs through the side of the cabinet to the dishwasher it should have a shut off valve on it close the valve and that will cut off the water going to the dishwasher. Have several towels ready because there will be water left in the line. Either unplug the dishwasher or turn off the breaker for the dishwasher before working on the valve Place a towel around the area of the inlet valve and disconnect the line coming to the valve. Should be a couple of screws holding the valve to the washer. Disconnect the electrical connections and remember where they go. Take valve out and reverse the procedure for installation.
If the inlet valve is in the back you'll have to pull the dishwasher out but the procdure is about the same.
