I plug my controller in and it flashes but does not stay on. My son ripped it out of my xbox a few times forgetting that its not wireless. Yet when I plugged it into the usb port in the back of my xbox(thinking that maybe the front ones were damaged) I get the same result. The controller flashes on when its first plugged in and thats all
