Magenta Stained product on a Xante Ilumina
We are running the xante ilumina DPP with a 650 fuser for envelopes. We switched to a 650 fuser to avoid embossing the envelopes with the impressions of the seams. When we run color, the envelopes come out with magenta staining on the seams. How are we supposed to correct this?

I want to ask few question, are you using correct envelopes for this machine or can you use any type, is the weight of paper like is 20lbs
paper, or is it cheap 99 cents paper.
the port where the color ink is spout or ejector port is issue.

you mite have to take unit apart, reassembly it like would taken it out of the box. make sure everything is the right place and tight.
