The green light on the mic just keeps blinking and the whole thing doesn't turn on any more. we tried switching batteries but it still doesn't work. the cradle where we put the mic doesn't turn on. It seems that the red lights on the base should go on once the microphone is in. Apparently the base is not reading the mics....Why? please help.
