Hi Thanks for using FixYa. Please check that all the cables are firmly plugged in and are selected in the setup menu for the kind of cable you are using viz. component, S-video or composite. Thanks for accepting the solution. However, you can install the drivers from the software CD provided with it and uninstall it simultaneously.

Press SETUP on remote and select INITIALIZE to reset dvd/vcr combo that might fix color problem in player.
