My oven has developed a fault where the main colling fan switches on and off very quickly (once a second) when it is switched on. This happens if either top oven or bottom oven are switched on.

Both ovens works OK , ie heat up and switch off when temperature reached. Also the fan in the bottom fan oven works OK as well.

User manual shows a schematic which seems to match my oven (when i took the top off)

Assume fault is with the PCB (or thermal cutout) for the main cooling fan (CF2), and the PCB called TGR1 (the actual PCB has markings Promar and TRIG-03) and pinout is as per manual but plugs for T1 to T4 are inserted backwards to user manual. Assume user manual is out of date.

Can anyone help with
a) have i made the right diagnosis - replace this PCB?
b) where could I get the PCB from?
c) Is this Oven the same as a NEFF ie could I get a NEF spare to fit?
