Main oven not no heat.thought maybe heating element. tried to take element out from inside oven but seem I may need to take back cover off as it seems the two screws on one side come in from there
Is this correct??is fan motor easy to change??

Yes your doing fine, usually heating element are sturdy and seldom busted. try to follow the wiring inside and locate the thermal fuse that is installed inline with the wiring,have it replaced
