main phone humber wont ring. The only time I can actually get a call is if the first line is in use and the call rolls over to the second line. I tried to call the first line myself and i could hear it ring in my phone but the line would not ring at the office. Verizon ran tests and says the actual line is working fine and it is a problem with the comdail system and its settings. What can I try to fix the issue
It would not be the first time verizon said it was a inside problem and it wasnt the only way to test it is call the number and answer the line before the system and see if it is getting to your location you can contact me and if you are in my aerea i can service it or if you are not i can refer you to a dealer in tat area
