Main powerhead useless
Whenever i have the main power head turned on it just shoots everything on the floor back at my feet. If i turn it off it does a better job picking up the dirt than when it is on. Could this be a suction problem? Im not sure what the issue is so i have no idea how to fix it.

Make sure that the vacuum hole in the head unit, or the wand, or the hose is not blocked. You may also want to check the bag to make sure that the inlet hole is not blocked. The only reason for spitting things back out is that the suction is not working properly...
