Main unavailable Hi, We have a Mitel 5212 that was configured with the settings of a client. Now we would like to use this phone for another client but we don't seem to get the new settings in the phone We keep getting error messages on the screen like: Main unavailable L2 Thanks a lot Julia

The network switches must be set up to allow the phone to connect to the phone system. You should contact your vendor for this support.
