Did you replace the start capacitor or start relay first ? This is the most common problem & a hell of alot cheaper than a new motor. Did you replace the motor shaft seal (around the shaft on top of the unit ? if not you will be replacing the motor sooner than you need to because the acids from veggies eat these things up & is the main reason why the motors fail, next in line is overloading or forcing product.
