I had occassion to tow the mower and when attempted to open the manual bypass valve on the l/h hydraulic pump that drives the rear wheel it only moved about 1/2 a turn. It appears to be partially opened, giving me very limited steering on the l/h side. The r/h side is working fine.

Is this problem something I am able to fix or is it a matter for the dealer????
