1. Make sure you have a STRONG station. 2. The pilot freq on the FM chip may be off or the 10.7 MHz IF frequency. Check that the Mono switch isnt engaged
Do you have an antenna attached to the receiver? If you don't, it might not be getting a powerful enough signal to pull in stereo. Also make sure that the mono button is not pressed or faulty.
