Masterbuit smokehouse 20070910 wont stay at set temp.set for 190 and buids up to 275 heat light is off but still building heat
New unit after seasoning next day set temp to 190 to start smoking and temp went to 190 ok ,heat light went off and unit continue to build heat to 275,
