Mater clear for i930
I wish to delete all contacts from my Nextel I930 phone which a friend sold to me. I already know that a master reset only resets the connections. I do Not wish to clear the contacts on my SIM card, but only the previous owners contact list stored in the phone- is there a "Master Clear" option & if so, how do I execute it?

I had the sam problem and after many phone calls was able to solve it. go to settings, go to security, go to remove all personal info. follow directions the sim pin code is 0000. good luck and I hope this helps you.
