The jet is stuck open which is attacked to the float like Ted Maxwell said. Clean the bowl, float, and jet with some compressed air or carb cleaner careful not to bend where the jet attaches to the bowl assembly.. this will change the float level. Most likely you've got a piece of trash in the jet hole.

Odds are that the float valve (if it has one) would be the first thing that I woulod check. I'd try cleaning the carb first,
